Cari Chalet di Annapolis

"Complimentary coffee was not offered in the morning. A definite no no"

"Shower did not work. Shower drain flooded bathroom floor. Sink didn’t drain, and room not made up or towels refreshed as they were used to mop up the flooded floor. Not exactly Hilton Honors standards."

"Great breakfast and hot tub"

"Great"

"The painters were in the hallway at night. No “wet paint “ signs were up. There was not a closet in our room. No where to hang clothes."

"Staff was Great, Great Location. Nice Restaurant Bartender was great!"

"A once-nice property but quite run down. Carpets need cleaning or replacing. Duct tape on the carpet in my room (425). Hallway carpets not vacuumed, lot of waste on them."

"A true hidden gem close to downtown shops and restaurants. The property was impeccably clean & the staff was very attentive. They also have a stocked whiskey bar and delicious pastry delights from a local baker. We stayed in the Presidential Suite and certainly were given the royal treatment! We will definitely return . On site parking is available for a chargeand there is a lot just 2 minutes away."

"The property was immaculate! The room we stayed (Chase suite) was gorgeous!! The staff were so wonderful and helpful and the location was perfect. Loved everything about this property"

"This is the second time I’ve gone there. I’ve loved it the first time and came back again and picked the same hotel. This place serves a great breakfast. A lot of space and is clean. The staff are very accommodating to whatever you need. Thank you again Jamila"
