They stored our luggage so we could be out of the room on time but still explore before we needed to get to the train station."

"We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."

"It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."

"While the surrounding area is "meh" the hotel itself is a five-star property in my book. In fact if this hotel was anywhere else it WOULD be a five star hotel. Brand new facility, amazing rooms and good breakfast. The staff was incredibly helpful and very accommodating, especially Ocean during check-in.
