"The staff are so helpful and the breakfast are so hearty. Great choice to stay outside of Edinburgh and great value for money. Catch the X55 bus just a short walk down the road to the bus terminal in the heart of Edinburgh. The X55 is wheel chair equipped as well. There is a superb fish and chip shop next door with Pizzas as well. The selection is fantastic and portions are huge."

"I was hoping that they would connect our rooms since I booked them together for our family/kids, but they couldn't accommodate. The bar closed very early for a weekend, just my opinion. And the Kelpies was supposed to be a 15 minute walk as advertised by everyone, but nothing is mentioned about how unsafe it is to walk areas that have no sidewalk. The staff were very helpful and very friendly. The lift was broken, that is why I rated it a four instead of 5, stairs were difficult with my heavy...

"This hotel was just okay, in my opinion. The room was very outdated, with old carpet and the shower valve was broken or something because the water came half out the shower and half out the bath spout. The breakfast was great and the location to shopping outlets was also nice. The beds were comfortable enough. I would stay here again, but if you are looking for modern or nice looking this hotel doesn’t impress."
