No coffee maker in room and was able to get some cups to heat water in microwave. Rooms need work in areas where possible water leaks from roof. The beds and floors were clean. The room served the purpose to go to nascar race at talladega."

"I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the conditions were completely unacceptable. From the moment I checked in, there were live bugs on the walls and dead bugs all over the floor. This alone should have been a red flag, but the situation got worse. On the final night, I discovered bedbugs in the room. At that point, it became clear that this was not just a minor cleanliness issue but a serious sanitation problem. Staying in that environment was extremely uncomfortable, and I now have concerns about contamination of my belongings. This is not something any guest should have to deal with, especially over multiple nights. I reported everything at checkout and am pursuing a full refund. I strongly caution anyone considering staying here. Until these issues are properly addressed, this property should not be hosting guests."
