"Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. The spa and pool were fabulous. Not all restaurants and bars were open because it was the first week of the season. However, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay."

Every team member — from reception and guest relations to F&B staff, spa staff, and porters — was consistently friendly, professional, and welcoming. Special thanks to Kemal, Michael, Anastasia, Boeana, and the helpful team member from Lebanon. The beautiful green grounds, enjoyable family-friendly entertainment (especially Greek Night), and prompt room service added to the positive experience. However, there are areas for improvement. The family bungalow rooms are quite small and lack privacy for a family of four, particularly with older children. Bathroom ventilation and layout were also inconsistent. The biggest disappointment was the lack of halal food options. Despite booking all-inclusive, we were limited mostly to vegetarian and fish dishes. Food was not clearly labelled, and there was limited staff awareness of halal dietary requirements, which made dining stressful and restrictive. This significantly impacted our overall experience and would make it difficult to recommend the hotel to other Muslim families. In summary, a very good hotel with outstanding service, but improvements in room suitability and inclusive food options would greatly enhance the experience."
