"The hotel was very nice. Room was spotless. We had a clubhouse room, which I highly recommend considering what you get with clubhouse room. You get free breakfast buffet and evening food/nacks and free cocktails. You also get unlimited colas, drinks, etc. Staff was great and their service was excellent. Im from the US and there is no hotel I've ever stayed at in the US that you get this type service and hospitality. Some of employees spoke english but some didn't, but most everyone had translation app on their phone so no problems communicating. Special thank you to Penny. She was the floor manager and she was very helpful and so nice to us. Thank you Penny."

"Hotel was in a convenient locatin for the U.S. Consulate. Also, located close to The Mall of the World. Lots of food choices and you can do a lot of walking underground in air conditioning. Guangzhou was a surprise to me. Stayed in a Suite, it was nice and large with big double bathroon. Also gave us a complimentary buffet breakfast that was great."
