今次住宿係我第一次俾不滿意的評語，我用5星級酒店的價錢，竟然入住一個只係5級地段的三至四星服務及設施的洒店。 1）入住前已經安排一個比較寧靜及私隱房間的位置。得到的是相反. 2）房間隔音非常之差，基本上隔籬房傾偈完全清楚聽得到。 3）房間電動窗簾竟然一按就壞，雖然只係沙簾。 4）房間大毛巾只係安排2套。 5）洒店員工服務水平真係好一般，只能達4星級。特別早餐時段，冇熱情招呼，離開又冇反應。 在國內¥2000元以上的洒店應該是非一般服務態度及體驗，但係在廣州文華東方酒店，絕對不能感受到。

Nothing positive about my stay at MO Guangzhou for the last 2 days. First, my room was not ready until 4:15pm, no explanations no apology. The breakfast is the lowest level that I experienced in all the MO I have been to, and it’s even worse than the Hiltons. Chicken is hard and freshly made noodles are overcooked and mushy. The espresso had a bad taste due to either stall bins or unflushed machine. Varieties are less than half of what the Shanghai MO has,
