"Above expectations, modern and clean, good substitute to five star hotel but a lot cheaper. Good transport network around, easy to get around city centre, a lot of food places and shopping around. Got everything you need in a hotel, only down side is the shower/bath tends to drain slow and prone to flooding because of the design. Not many TV channels either. Personal opinion about the airconditioner, didn't like it blowing right at my face when sleeping. If can move around the room set up...

"직원들 진짜 친절합니다. 홈바에 있는 음료 맥주 커피머신의 캡슐까지, 그리고 수건 수시로 체크해서 채워주고 청소도 수시로 요청 가능해요 이브닝 서비스로 티와 베이커리류까지 제공해주고 키즈 어메니티 뿐만 아니라 성인용 선크림 제공해주니 안가져가도 됩니다. 뷔페 운영하고 있지 않은 점 빼고 완벽합니다. 물놀이 천국이네요!"

"신규 호텔이다보니 청결은 말할것도없이 깨끗하며 직원분들 또한 매우매우 친절합니다 드라이기는 다이슨제품이라 말리는데도 좋았고 룸컨디션도 굿굿 시티뷰는 파리지앵 뷰라 야경도 좋았고 마지막날은 워터파크 이용하는 코스였는데 스튜디오시티안에서 이동하기 매우 짧은 동선이었습니다 두번째 마카오 방문중 첫숙소는 베네시안 두번째는 w마카오 인데 룸 비교 하는거 자체가 실례일정도네요. 그만큼 좋았습니다 아무래도 주로 가는 코스가 베네시안-파리지앵-런더너일텐데 w마카오에서 걸어서 가는것도 매우 짧은 동선이라 숙소 위치면에서도 좋았습니다 추가로 아버지 핸드폰을 숙소에 두고온걸 공항안에서 알았는데 한국와서 안되는 영어메일로 왔다갔다 수십번을 했지만 늦지 않게 그리고 모든 회신메일마다 친절하게 알려주셔서 dhl 통해서 받을수 있었습니다. 사진을 첨부하고 싶은데 올라가질 않아서 아쉽지만 리뷰만으로 남겨야겠네요"
