I highly recommend this hotel, I’d definitely stay here again. We enjoy the easy access from the pudong airport and getting around using the metro, it was fantastic.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location for exploring Shanghai. Two minute walk to the nearest metro, and so many great bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff were fantastic and so helpful with me, as I needed to arrange delivery of some parcels to friends in other parts of China. 100% recommend this hotel.

Second stay at this property within 2 weeks. Fantastic location in Jing’An. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Shanghai. Both visits, the lovely staff have organised an early check in, and have been so helpful. The location is great for public transport, or for walking to local restaurants and bars. Also the Jade Buddah temple is only a 3/4 minute walk from the hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

My family and I had a great stay at this property. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central and convenient. We even found the best strawberries near by. My kids loved it and we had to go back multiple times.

The shower was so strong and amazing, decent sized room and staff were excellent, very accommodating. The room I did get tho wasn’t two beds the same size, one was a double and the other was a single that moved around quite abit, other than the bed, there was no issues with the room. Fairly good experience. Staff helped me order what I needed almost every night! Very friendly

there were two people that really stood out when it came to helping me that I felt was beyond and I am so grateful as I wasn't prepared to how my western world apps didn't work there. I think the first was the reception manager, she was incredible! very positive and always smiling and determined to help as best she could and persistent. the other was a heavy set gentleman that understood my situation and spent as much time as he felt that was needed to leave me smiling and being grateful I chose this hotel. a huge life saver to making my trip so memorable and of all the places I have travelled Shanghai stands out. these two are a big reason too. I will recommend this hotel to those I know are travelling there and when I go back it's the one I will stay again. thank you

almost none of the pictures are accurate ; It’s is not one minute away from nanjing rd; it’s about 20 minutes driving. Jade Temple is the only one close (about 5 blocks from it. At the beginning they gave a room with a restroom and shower in a transparent box! You can see through! I had to ask for different room and they tried to charge me for that; finally I didn’t ….be sure you download didi app for taxis it’s a complicated area to ride a taxi.

As you step in the lobby you are greeted by professional staff ready to give you the warmest of welcome. The hotel is clean and service quality # 1. The manager helped us with our local SIM card and even offered to talk with China Telecom customer Service despite the fact he was multi tasking (greeting guests, checking them in and supervising his staff). Appreciation to 朱啟纵 who went out of her way to give us advice on local attractions, restaurants and how best to use the subway system. The cleaning lady always greeted us with a smile and frequently asked whether we needed something. She seemed to be there all the time ready to serve. This is why we booked 1 extra night (total 2+1). Definitely recommend the hotel. Exactly what the hotel advertises. No unpleasant surprises. Will definitely be our top choice when visiting Shanghai next time. To all the hotel staff a great thank you.
