Room with panoramic sea view. Food was terrible (they use frozen industrial food ).. restaurant is very humid no aircon.. and there is no private beach (you go and pay like any other beach / use the public beach )

The room was clean and the chambermaids did a very good job only cleaning when asked to help reduce their workload The older man on reception was helpful.Some of those on all inclusive were very noisy in and around the bar area and disturbed the guests and barman.Some days the food was excellent and on others ok.Guests were not happy with the dining room staff hovering around them and constantly walking about ready to snatch their plates away as soon as they put their cutlery down .I feel that the swimming pool and sauna which was advertised should have been available to hotel guests without having to agree to an exta haman or massage package.

Fantastic

My partner and I stayed here for ten days on an all inclusive basis. Our room was on the seventh floor with a fab view if the sea. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, and there were plenty of options at our meals. We also had massages while we were there and Karem and Mina were very professional. We will definitely be back. We would certainly recommend this Hotel.

This must be the worst hotel in Alanya by far. Firstly, the food is inedible, and the staff is completely unhelpful and often rude. The rooms have air conditioning, but it’s extremely loud — it sounds like a power plant, making it impossible to sleep with it on. Furthermore, it’s unclear if the bedding has been washed and the bed is hard as concrete. Our room had a broken balcony door that couldn’t be closed. Since the hotel is located right next to a busy road, sleeping was difficult. I spoke to the staff multiple times, and each time they told me it would be fixed “today” or “tomorrow,” but it never was. The bathroom was in poor condition, with a barely functioning toilet and a leaking shower. Another guest I spoke to said they didn’t even have hot water in their room. The pool is much smaller than shown in the pictures. It could have been a nice addition to the hotel — if they hadn’t hired Turkey’s worst DJ. All day long, he blasted unbearably loud music through broken speakers. He changed tracks every five seconds, and sometimes paused just long enough for you to think, “thank god, he’s done” — only to start up again. After some thought, I actually believe the hotel uses this DJ to keep all-inclusive guests away from the pool bar so they don’t take full advantage of the included drinks.

Wir mussten die ersten 2 nächte in ein anderes hotel welches dreckig war, da sie überbucht waren. Das personal was unfreundlich und das essen konnte man nicht essen! Uns wurden wegen den umständen gratis liegestühle am strand versprochen, welche wir schlussendlich doch nicht bekommen haben. Schlimmstes hotel, alle waren unzufrieden. Auch die animation war nicht gut. Die zimmer waren dreckig, es wurden nie die bettwäsche oder die handtücher gewechselt. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Veldig dårlig opphold plass

Alt i alt dårlig hotell. Ikke som beskrevet i deres side. Ikke wifi- måtte betale. Null barneaktiviteter verken på dag eller kveld. Maten gjentatt ting igjen og ikke noe barnevennlig meny. Pasta og pomfrit var gjentatt hver dag . Desserten samme kaker hver eneste dag. Bassenget var skitten - ved siden av og inni. For lite solsenger. Og strand som er med i hotellet det måtte betale for alt der til og med solsenger. Uhørlig for å betale allinclusiv og måtte punge ut ekstra for fleksibiliteter som egentlig skrev var inkludert

Langweiliges hotel ohne ambitionen den gästen abwechslung zu bieten.täglich gleicher ablauf auch weihnachten und silvester,nicht einmal eine feier da selbst silvester um 23.00 uhr ende getränkeausgabe war.personal war eingeschränkt vorhanden(1 person)obwohl in dieser woche sehr viele gäste da waren.es fanden umfangreiche arbeiten wegen zimmer renovierung stattfanden mit neuen möbeln. Darunter litt die sauberkeit,da selbst die neuen schränke nicht ausgewaschen wurden und somit ein teil der kleider durch holzstaub beschmutzt wurden. Im inpool funktionierten keine duschen und der pool war nur 1m tief , hamambereich sauna und massagebereich war soweit alles ok, leider war keine möglichkeit kleider aufzu hängen nicht vorhanden auch nicht im poolbereich in den umkleidekabinen. In der minibar im zimmer wurde kein wasser zur verfügung gestellt. Auch keine seife in der dusche obwohl spender vorhanden, nötige reparaturen an der duschtür wurden, trotz mehrmaligen ansagen an der rezeption, nicht erledigt.

Veldig skuffende

Rommet var ikke klart når vi kom midt på natten, så vi fikk et rom med to enkeltsenger (kjærestepar) med toalett som ikke virket. Dagen etter ble vi flyttet med litt masing. Da sa de at hotellet var fullt, men at de hadde et ledig rom med "vann på veggen". Når vi kom dit var det da fukt på veggen ved siden av sengen på minst 1x1meter, og stinket mugg. Dette var baksiden av vasken på badet som lakk. Vi prøvde derfor å tilbringe minst mulig tid på hotellrommet da det er helsefarlig å puste inn slik type mugg. Toalettet virket bedre enn på det andre rommet, men slet veldig med å få dratt ned. Ellers var renhold ikke noe og skryte av. Heisen var utrygg og virket som at den skulle stoppe opp et par ganger. De sa dette var vanlig. Resepsjonen var behjelpelig, men ga oss alltid et dumt blikk hvis det var noe, og ingen smil. Maten var helt grei, men mye av det samme når man all inklusive. Glassene var ofte skitne. Hotellet ligger ikke så sentralt som håpet, men ligger rett ved veien. Og det var MYE bil støy, spesielt da sykebilen måtte kjøre forbi hotellet for å komme til sykehuset, og bilene tuter og sirenene hyler 24/7. Vi snakket med en lokal som lurte på hvor vi bodde og han sa at alle han har snakket med som har bodd der, er misfornøyd og skal ikke tilbake dit. Bassengområdet så mye større ut på bilder og var alltid fullt. Spaet var fint, men også fuktflekker i taket der. Treningsrommet var skuffende. Anbefales IKKE, og håper vi ikke får varige helseskader fra mugg/fuktskadene.
