The staff was rude and extremely impolite. The air conditioning did not work properly, and we were told it could not be fixed until two days later. Even when we brought it up several times, the staff insisted it was working – even though the receptionist came to the room and confirmed it was not. The night shift staff, however, was incredibly kind.

The restroom does not have an air filter, so during the day there is a smell that comes out once you open the door. Solution was when we leave to leave the door open and also the balcony so it can air out.

Helt greit hotell midt i byen. Såpass sentralt byr på en del trafikkstøy, men bassengområdet er godt skjermet så det er greit. God service og hyggelige folk. Bra opphold ifht pris.

Temiz olması benim için çok önemliydi, temizdi ama duş kısmı daha iyi temizlenebilirdi biz duşu kendimiz temizledik. Odalar gayet temizdi yataklar daha rahat olabilirdi ama tam bir fiyat performans konaklaması yaşadık. Teşekkürler

Value for money

Rent og fint leilighetshotell med kort avstand til buss-stasjonen og sentrum. Flott bad og stor dusj, men dessverre ble ikke vannet ordentlig varmt. To balkonger av god størrelse, men stolene på balkongen var harde kjøkkenstoler som var ødelagte og dermed ble det ikke særlig komfortabelt på balkongen. Pent basseng-område, men prisene i basseng-baren var altfor høye. Hyggelig personale i bassengbaren.

Fint hotel til prisen

Et hyggeligt hotel i en roligere gade, synes vi fik rigtig meget til prisen, en rigtig god service. køkkenet ikke så veludstyrret, men fint til en let morgenmad. Rengøring hver dag og rene håndklæder hver anden. Hyggeligt poolområde.

Helt greit hotell.

Hotellet tilbyr rom med plass til 4 personer, men rommene er litt små ift antall mennesker. Ekstrasengene er sovesofaer i stuen som er lite egnet til større barn/ungdommer da de er veldig hard. Muligheten til å lage mat var dårlig siden kokeplaten var defekt og det manglet panner. Det var ikke nok bestikk til alle, men vi fikk levert ekstra gafler og skjeer på forespørsel. Generelt eldre standard på rommet, bortsett fra badet. Flott bassengområde. Siden hotellet ligger tett på andre bygninger får man lite privatliv på balkongene. Det kommer også en god del lyd fra trafikken fra hovedgaten.

Fantastisk kvalitet i hjertet af Alanya

Gode værelser, perfekt beliggenhed i byen. Hjemmelavede drinks uden drinkmix. Kanon poolområde. Eneste minus er at der lugtede af kloak på badeværelset.

Otoparki yok en buyuk eksik bu, 100 metre kadar arkada otoparklara birakip ucret odedik. Mutfak gerecleri yok denecek kadar az ama biz yanimizda goturduk demlik felan o yuzden sorun olmadı. Odalar genis ferah iki balkonu var bizim kaldığımız odanin gunes görmemesi cok iyiydi

Huone oli ylimmässa kerroksessa mutta parvekkeelta näki toisen talon seinän.Huone oli hyvässä kunnossa koska se oli uusittu.Hotellin vastaanottovirkailija todella tyly ja ei ystävällinen.Ei toivottanut edes tervetulleeksi kun tulimme.Heti tuli huono kuva hotellista.Aamupala oli ihan ok.

Stuff was friendly, professional and friendly. Pool area was comfortable, but unfortnately guests keep sun beds reserved by placing towels on them. Elevator was working but quaite slow. A/C worked, but it has very bad remote control and was difficult to turn on/off. Kitchen has all what we needed for short stay and stove + kettle worked fine. Shower was good and no problems with water pressure or temperatures.
