We were very surprised that we had to go downstairs to ask for things that were not refreshed in our room several times during our stay, including coffee, kitchen towel, bed sheets, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, TOILET PAPER, etc. The cleaning crew is not very thorough as we found chewed gum and a pill with the coffee amenities. "We had an extra large King room and it was so nice to have the space to move around. Having an actual table and comfortable chairs to sit and use as a work station was awesome.

"We had non stop issues including no ac 7 repair calls in 4 days. The last 30 hours we had to just give up. They offered to move us at 5 pm on the last day which since the h would only live the 1 room not adjoining and because it was like 1; hours till we would check out we declined. On checkout wanted to make sure all items recorded and the gal Jocelyn was very dismissive and said it’s all there without me being able to review.
So here was issues - ac - non working, (116 degree temps in Az)...
