"Sometimes, it’s the small things that matter: the sheets were super soft, the black out shades were awesome, the shower head water pressure was incredible, there was a long, narrow shelf for my toiletries just under the bathroom mirror, the vinyl flooring was a great alternative to carpet (that is nasty in some hotels), and there multiple hooks to hang my various travel bags."

"We arrived after a 6 hour drive to a room with bad plumbing and they couldn’t fix it, so we switched rooms and it was full of bugs, we ended up leaving and didn’t even get a refund. Wouldn’t stay and wouldn’t recommend."

The room-darkening curtains wouldn’t close so the maintenance staff had to fix it. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. This is the second time we have stayed there.
