"Struttura ben tenuta letteralmente a due passi dalle fermata della metro turia. E' circondata da un corte ingles per cui comoda per eventuali esigenze soprattutto per chi ha bambini. Zona tranquilla. Personale dell'albergo disponibile e cordiale. Colazione abbondante e di buona qualità (mancano indicazioni sui prodotti) e non affollata nonostante le numerose presenze soprattutto nelle prime ore della mattina. Camera pulita. Palestra nuova."

"It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late."

"The Hotel is convenient walking distance from a shopping center and grocery store, but far away from Valencia central area and beach. So Uber was expensive. The breakfast was ok, no enough food on both morning that I was there, also no the best. The staff was friendly we asked for A Fan and we got it. I would like some water dispenser for guests to drink water, I stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my least favorite because no water for guests and no hair conditioner...

"BEWARE: Do NOT stay here on the weekend. There is a beach club bar down the street that BLASTS club music all night. Bars do not close in Valencia until 6 or 7 am. We tried to sleep from 10 pm Friday to 5:45 am Saturday, but we could not sleep a wink due to the noise. We were in room 115. Wish I had been warned. I would never recommend this hotel to someone who wants to sleep at night. If you are in Valencia to party, then this is your place."

"The Hotel was good, in general. but In the description it mentioned that The hotel has pool but when we reach there they said It is closed and open in summer. Disappointing"

"We had rooms that had access to The Level. The Level lounge and staff were absolutely worth it. The hotel breakfast was also excellent so recommend booking it with breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Took one star off for amenities because the pool pictures are misleading. The reality is it is pretty small for a hotel of this size and was completely swamped with people because the pool and pool area are so small. Wasn't a deal breaker for us and the rest of the hotel and the wonderful staff...
