"An excellent choice for anyone who is budget conscious. Nothing fancy but charming with a great view of the Agua volcano. My room was cleaned everyday and it’s located in the quieter part of the city. Very helpful staff."

"El Porta Hotel es un hotel precioso, excelente ubicación en Antigua, su personal y los servicios que ofrecen son excepcionales! Recomendado 100%!"

"The hotel is in a great location, very close to the park and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, and the views are beautiful. Although the parking is located at another very nice hotel a short distance away, it is covered and secure, which is a big plus. They also offer a delicious welcome drink, and the breakfast is very good as well. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!"

"The rooms are spacious and incredibly beautiful. Great beds and sheets! The staff are SO helpful. The best waiter is a woman named Argentina and the front desk staff very helpful! They can arrange anything and answer all your questions. Go there. I’ve been doing Guatemala for 20 years."

"The hotel was very wonderful!! Saul Bistro connects to the hotel which was amazing and convenient. The staff was the best!! I can’t say enough great things about this place"

"Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again."

"I loved the room and they had a full kitchen!"

"This was my second stay at Yellow House Hostel, and once again it was excellent. The staff remembered me, were genuinely helpful, and made the stay easy. Breakfast is outstanding—fresh, buffet-style, with plenty of variety. The location is ideal for exploring historic Antigua, with Central Park, the cathedral, Santa Catalina Arch, churches, restaurants, cafés, and shops all within walking distance. The property has plenty of character and beautiful views throughout. They also stored my luggage...

"Pagué 260 USD por dos noches, habitación doble, sin desayuno. Total con impuestos USD 324. Lo que ofrece el hotel, la calidad del servicio y su ubicación no lo valen. Es mi opinión."

"I do not recommend those property. The owner needs a reality check and a serious investigation. The property smells terribly causing me nausea every night. The smell in the bathroom intensified at night making it impossible to use. I gave it 2 stars just because the staff was very friendly kind and helpful, otherwise it deserves 1 star for poor conditions."

"Limpio, muy amables y precio calidad bueno"
