"It is extremely clean, nice and cozy, looks like everything is new. Very clear instructions on how to get in and everything."

"The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us...

"It was as described on the site. Host was always in communication making sure we found everything to iur liking. Our only disappointment was it was not closer to the beach but not so far either. Highly recommend this property. We would definitely rent again if we come back. "

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. Thanks to the owners for a wonderful stay!"

"A+ is my assesment of this accomidation. The owner/renter went through great lengths to make my stay comfortable. Communication was excellent, the property condition was excellent. It has a full kitchen with every appliance needed! The bedrooms were excellent with a tv in every room, AC in every room and comfortable linens. It is in a gated community not far from shopping or restaurants. Plaza San Juan 5 minutes, Los Corales beach was 20 minutes. I am running out of room so I will add that I...

We got the package with breakfast, and the assortment was great , and the breakfast over all was 10/10. We had fast easy communication with our host and they made us feel welcomed and like family. "Very clean , location is 167 steps to the beach. I didn’t realize how close we were to the beach so that was such a nice surprise. The place is in a gated community, that closes at 6 pm. You’re able to access via the gate guard on camera. The home was perfect for the 6 of us. 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and the living room was perfect size to hangout with everyone without feeling squished. We watched the sunrise , watched the sunset and ate at a restaurant that was 2 mins walking from the home. Walmart...
