"The swim up bars were amazing. The ocean water was pretty clear and decent temperature, but the seaweed was absolutely ridiculous. It was sharp and the tons and tons of it on the beach made being on the beach unenjoyable. I don’t know if there is a season where the seaweed is not a problem, but i would keep it in mind. The resort itself was an ok option better choice for families. However when we got there we were suprised to learn that most things are restricted when booking through expedia. There is a family side and adults only, el beso, we had to purchase the upgrade and to have access to everything you need to purchase anther upgrade for privilege"

"El hotel está muy bueno, me encantó los restaurantes, las piscinas, el Sport Bar las picaduras buenísima, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias, el personal de animación súper en especial la Beyonce un ser humano increíble, amoroso, atento y muy servicial con los huéspedes. Las comidas muy buenas. Le falta más animación durante el día en las piscinas y durante la noche tener más música al aire libre hasta más tarde que no sea en la discoteca. Pero se lo recomiendo"

"We booked the Excellence Club but didn't feel as if the welcoming staff there prepared us for how to best get around and use the resort property. We didn't learn about the app until we asked someone hours later about the various restaurants on property."

"The grounds is beautiful and clean well maintained There is many pools love that with swim up bars and lots of your favorite liquid There are many restaurants to choose from but if you are a large group like we where you may want to let Resort know we where 18 and things went slow ! Rooms are amazing and spacious Room service after 12am was bad even though it stated 24 hours in adult only side no one answered after 12pm But the staff was friendly and supportive Our butler Juan our new family was amazing making our vacation amazing! We had a medical Emergency over there even though it was difficult in another country . To the best of there ability the where very supportive. That you Majestic Mirage DR"

"We were very impressed with how clean and well maintained the property is. The rooms are clean and most important for us was the beds were very comfortable. The beaches were clean and pools well maintained. Prime 787 was our gp to choice for meals. Surf and turf was my choice!"
