"Everything was easy for check in. They communicated with us every step of the way! We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom with full kitchen. Beds were comfortable. The whole place was clean. We liked that we had a broom and mop to clean up some. Plus the washer and drying rack were nice. We asked about using the grill and they made sure we were able, they also dropped of grilling utensils for us. Snorkeling even by the private beach was really good and the close proximity to Mambo Beach and all of the restaurants was also a plus!
