"This was a nightmare. We got there, went to our room, put in the code, and there was literally some person idk if it was a homeless person but there was someone sleeping in the bed of our room. We literally ran out as fast as we could and were freaked out. Words can’t describe how mind blown we were. And im out my $$$ and haven’t gotten a refund. "

"Everything was great. The restaurant had a great breakfast( not included but reasonably priced )Their snacks they sold were expensive but bring your own . Everything else was great and close to malls, restaurants and rec plex "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, could’ve had more fresh fruit but that’s alright! The coffee in the lobby was very good too. The room/bathroom was very clean. The shower head was confusing though, it was spraying the water with a lot of pressure and I couldn’t reach to change it. But overall, the stay here was very nice and I definitely will come back again. "

"el desayuno es malo, el huevo es practicamente sin sabor, las opciones de menu muy limitadas. no ponen agua en las habitaciones y en el lobby se termina rapidamente, no la rellenan en el día. el internet es pésimo, basicamente no hay señal. la alberca y el jacuzzi no son higienizados y muchisima gente entra todos los dias"

"At first I thought the room was very clean and the guy at the front desk was nice. After about 1am I stepped out of tht shower and there was a dead bug on the possiblyr that looked like a tick possibly. So I decided to checl the "

"The worst experience I ever had, according to them every time you go into the pool, the pool was under maintenance and the hot tub was under maintenance. They never opened the hot tub on the weekend. The only reason we reserved in this hotel is because of the hot tub as you guys know Chicago weather is cold and we’re looking for the hot tub so what happen is every time we come into the hot tub? It’s always under maintenance or close I would like to remind everyone that this is what’s happening...

"The hotel called me 2 days before our stay and said the overbooked for the night we wanted and was canceling our reservation. The said we had to contact Expedia for refund. I am still working on getting that refund. "
