Conversei com uma camareira e ela me informou que o pessoal da lavanderia ainda iria passar, porém ela me arrumou uma toalha.

Quando cheguei ao hotel, verifiquei que o quarto não estava limpo, existia sujeira na porta do quarto, tinha um pano molhado em cima da privada, o chão estava sujo, tinha um tubo de limpeza, que aparentemente a pessoa deixou e não fez, o colchão apresentava que alguém havia deitado/sentado...lastimável, só entrei no quarto, verifiquei o status e avisei na recepção e fui informado que resolveriam, que era o tempo de jantar..quando voltei estava do mesmo modo...sai do...
