"The staff is fantastic! The property Awesome and beautiful!! The rooms are villa style each on a hill going down to the beach!! The pool is beautifuland the whole setting!! We came back afyer going to Phi Phi and they store our luggage, we had a Welcome back towel gift on the bed (so thoughtful). Food is delicious! Just be aware that there are stairs everywhere because of the hill but that is what makes it beautiful!! One of the best hotels we stayed in our South East Asia trip!! "

"Except for a small disagreement during check-in the stay was perfect. The resort is located on a secluded beach in the northern part of Koh Yao Noi. Access to hotel from the pier was via private taxi as the hotel does not provide shuttle from pier to resort. Upside: - I truly liked the room layout. "Amazing and relaxing hotel but needs more sun lounging areas around pool. Rooms are lovely and super clean. Wifi needs attention as very sporadic and non-existent in some areas of property. Staff were super friendly but not proactive in anticipating customer needs. Gorgeous location with bags of potential just needs attention in some areas. That said - could it be us that are too needy ………"

Die Anlage ist weitläufig und man muss sich bewusst sein, dass man etwas laufen muss. Leider hatten wir kein Wetterglück und daher wäre es toll gewesen, wenn beim Fernseher die Senderauswahl besser gewesen wäre. "Ein wirklich hervorragendes Hotel! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns herzlich willkommen und rundum wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gepflegt, und das Frühstück überzeugte jeden Morgen mit frischen, leckeren Speisen. "We've returned from a 12 night stay at Alisea Pool Villas and cannot recommend it enough. We had a 3 bed pool villa for a family of 4. It was spacious, the gardens and surrounding area is beautiful and the pool was fantastic. We ordered a couple of meals, breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent. But it was really the staff who made it for us. They were so helpful, arranging boat trips, quad biking and making recommendations. We used the hotel taxi down to Ao Nang a couple of times...
