There are plenty of open air parking lots nearby the hotel which has a tie up with the hotel so that was a good option, if it was not raining. Laundry room information and availability shown on the TV is really helpful for planning a laundry run."

"Lovely, lovely place. Easily the most pleasant stay in our 4 week stay in Japan. Everything's designed to make feel you welcome and have an unforgettable experience. Staff is extremely helpful, gentle and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is something special, an experience worth living, honestly. For us the only downside is that our room felt very old, it could use a slight renovation, or maybe it's just meant to be like that. Also it's all very family friendly, and they have a shuttle service that takes you from and to Nagano station, which is really helpful. A lovely, lovely place indeed."
