"We stayed here as it is a pleasant walk along the Rhone into Valence centre It was a heatwave when we stayed so to hot to venture into Valence. We spent a pleasant afternoon using the pool, terrace and bar and then a lovely meal in the evening. I believe the fitness area needed attention as some equipment wasn't working."

"Excellent stay at hotel Lyon Valence. The location is excellent, front office very friendly and helpful. Great, safe bike storage. Smallish but clean room and comfortable bed all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend and would definately stay again!"

"Good for an overnight stop enroute North to South in France. The drinks machine was out of order and no shops on the doorstep, ( nearest was 1km ), breakfast was fair but 9.5 euro's was a bit expensive. Room basic, shower and toilet in 1 room but no hand towel, only bath towel."

"It was good but could have been better! Late in the evening it seemed to have either local vagrants sitting around outside or they were benefits claimants being put up in the hotel Either way it wasn’t a good look and I’m sure that other people staying would have felt uncomfortable "
