"Staff was friendly, breakfast was great"

"スタッフのホスピタリティが、高く素晴らしい。また、行きたいホテルてます。部屋からの眺めも最高です。朝食アラカルトもおいしいです。"

"Excellent rooms and lounge. Perfect location. Most staff were very kind and helpful."

"We loved the Lotte hotel inn Ho Chi Minh. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see, e.g the war museum, markets, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff impeccable, and the facilities were perfect. The only negative was that the Lotte hotel had now spoilt me so much, I don’t think I want to stay in any other hotel chain in the future."

"Love the staffs and clean rooms"

"All the staff were so helpful. Comfortable beds. Good selection of English language tv channels. Movies BBC etc. Perfect central location very near City Hall , Opera house and Ho Chi Minh statue outside front entrance. Excellent breakfast choices . A very comfortable stay and can highly recommended."

"Room was exceptional, hotel facilities were great. Would highly recommend for families"

"When I travel, what makes it special is the team, the staff, the people! This hotel has this and more! Kent and his team were incredible. What a beautiful hotel in the heart of it all. Its local, genuine and the facilities are just right. From breakfast to the pool, amazing massages, outdoor shower and beautiful smiles. Walking distance to everything. If you want a place that welcomes you with smiles, marshmellow beds and location, look no further. 10 out of 10. We will be back."

"ロビーのシャンデリアが素敵でホテルに入った瞬間からテンションが上がりました。 ウェルカムドリンクのハーブティーも美味しくいただきました。カメラのケースを床に忘れて来てしまいましたが、スタッフの方が保管していてくださり無事見つける事もできました。お部屋のバスタブも足付きでとても可愛く。朝食は最高です！ 大満足なステイでした。"

"Nice hotel, but there was lots of Karaoke music noise from the building across. The Breakfast definitely needs improvement."

"Very central (walking distance) or short Grab taxi for all visitor locations"

"Great"

"First of all, the staff is very attentive and friendly! But the design of my room was bad. The shower place is next to the toilet and i also slip and fall due to the floor being slippery and there were space wasted in the room. The roof amenities were not useful. The large jacuzzi were hardly used. Breakfast was plentiful but not over doing. Overall, was an above average experiences."
