"The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. "It was ok for what I needed but they did not provide cleaning service unless we paid extra. If we had garbage in the room it was “self service”. They state they are not your average hotel in a paper after you check in but I didn’t see this info when I booked the room ahead of time. "

"Didn’t use the hot tub or pool but looked at close up. Appeared clean and hot tub temperature on my hand did not seem as hot as some. Pool and hot tub both had handicap lifts. The room was reasonably clean except under the table. The bedding and linens / towels were clean and in good condition. Lots of immediate hot water. TV, microwave and refrigerator. Good sized room. "Nice clean room, breakfast was typical for a continental, nice quiet area and very kind & helpful staff. The pool area was cute & clean. Housekeeping was in our room while we were gone which has never happened to me before therefore my husband threw out our alcoholic beverage for safety concerns."

"The gym was missing 1 25# dumb bell. Everything else in the gym was just fine. I did a tai chi workout in the pool the temp was fine and the depth of the pool was just right for resistance. The breakfast at this property is a little iffy quiche bowls and burnt bacon were on my list and funky breakfast sandwiches. But hey I slept great everything thing was clean and equipped. It was a almost great stay."

Front desk was very nice along with kitchen staff during the continental breakfast. However, the hot items on the breakfast weren’t good and were barely warm.
