"This property is well maintained, super clean, and conveniently located to SUNY Binghamton. Room was quiet and contained all of the basics. The Free Breakfast was what you would expect and on par for this level of accommodation. Staff was helpful and friendly."

"I didn’t realize that this was a chain, kite Ville. This is my first time staying here. It was a little strange with keypads on everything, but I get the convenience. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The bedspread was stained, it was white, so pretty obvious. The coffee, condiments and stuff the utensils were some of them were opened and put back. It was fairly quiet when I was there. I didn’t feel extremely safe staying there alone. I was trying this out for future stays with a group of friends in this is what I found. For the extra cleaning fee it just wasn’t clean. That’s why the rooms are so cheap. "

"So thankful for the many EV chargers on site! Charge while sleeping was a big time-saver the next day. I understand the desire to have soft water, but it’s tough to feel like you got the soap washed off your hair and skin. Our shower drain was clogged so it was not only a bit disgusting to stand in soap scum while showering, but we were within a quarter of an inch from flooding out the entire bathroom. The person who checked us in wasn’t pleasant at all, not one smile or welcoming word. They also knocked on our door and called us on the phone 15 minutes before checkout."
