"Staff was fine, friendly enough but not overly so. The room was okay, there was only a smart TV where obviously none of the apps worked, and a note to "change the channel" but there were no channels. Most disappointing was that nothing seemed well maintained. The breakfast food was BAD, the food was stale, eggs severely overcooked/dried, the waffles were sour. How do you get sour waffles? "The bedding was old and uncomfortable. The shower didn't work well and had little to know shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The pool and hot tub were just gross. Long hairs in the pool and a sock. People there using the pool seem to know the staff and I question if they even had a room since they seem to be from the area.
