The breakfast menu was was typical, nothing extraordinary. The parking safe. The elevators are extremely slow. The pull out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Visited my child at college, tried out a new hotel, the hotel has a fresh coat of paint but felt old. We checked in and front desk clerk didn’t even look at us in our face. The elevator had a nasty smell. Maybe there were some rough spots but overall a 3.5 -4 out of 5

We had a great stay. The rooms we stayed in were beautifully renovated and very clean. Apparently they just opened the end of November 2025 so they are still working out minor updates but nothing that ruin our stay.The staff was so kind and helpful. The manager Martin, and front desk staff Stacey and Carlena made sure our stay was comfortable and were very nice and kind. We would definitely come and stay again.

First off our overall reasoning for staying there was bc my daughter wanted to swim and we were told it was dwn for cleaning but it would only be a day and it was not open the whole stay 3 days and did not get to swim!! We also had to move our room bc the air conditioner was stuck on full blast and we froze for the first night and the second night it was so cold it was effecting me physically with my lupus bc it was so cold I could not sleep I was in so much pain so had to call the front desk and ask for someone to come fix it so I could sleep!! I had a lady text and ask how our stay was so far and I let her know about these things and asked if they could make accommodations if we decided to stay longer with a discount for the inconveniences we were put through and I got the reply that she would let her boss know but those things were out of her control and I never heard another thing I text her numerous times never heard anything back and I asked at the front desk about it and got nowhere VERY DISAPPOINTING ALL TIGETHER!!!!

The room was nice and was clean. It would be nice to not walk into a frigid room! They had the a/c cranking and it was only in the low 60s outside! Waste of energy! They maybe could spend that energy on providing hot water in the bathroom. At night, the best i could get was lukewarm water. In the morning it was better and was hot enough for a shower finally. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room. This is extremely inconvenient! I do not want to have to travel all the way to the lobby for a cup of coffee! Also, no way to warm anything if needed. The "breakfast" was a joke. Limited amount of fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, 1 type of yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins. Thats it. I do not classify that as a breakfast in the least. Lastly, staff was pleasant but it would be nice if they were at least a little familiar with the area. They couldn't provide an answer to a very basic question! Overall, i will not stay here again. For the price there are hotels with nicer amenities.
