"The overall stay was excellent value, I was well looked after. The room was spotless, clean and comfortable. The evening meal was the highlight, spot on and super tasty. One of the best stays I have ever had in the UK other than those over £300 per night (not often) and this was a third of that price. "

"I was welcomed to the property, shown to my room by a friendly and helpful lady. She explained about the shower, tea and coffee making, and how to access the property using the fob. There was also a written guide in the room. The problem I encountered was the small spotlights were flickering which made reading or knitting difficult so the first night I lay on the floor by the bathroom door to read as these lights did not flicker. "No food available on site,no cameras switched on for car park safety,crack in bathroom sink with units tired . All furniture tired and old. Tv we’re old and small.coat hangers missing and damaged. Very noisy residents made it hard to sleep "

"We needed a place close to Stoke for an event we were all attending with friends. This place was perfect for the 6 of us that stayed there. The hours is very large, with a large kitchen and all amenities. We did not use the TV, so unsure of that function and options. It was nice to have 2 full bathrooms. There is a large fenced back yard where kids could play."
