A tutto relax

La struttura è particolarmente indicata per le famiglie. Tutti i servizi soddisfano sia i bambini che gli adulti. Il divertimento è assicurato. La qualità e varietà del cibo è buona. Consiglio di assaggiare le specialità della cucina locale. La pasta non sempre è cotta bene, ma i condimenti sono discreti. Generalmente il livello di pulizia è soddisfacente, ma bisognerebbe curare di più la pulizia dei tavoli tra un pasto e il successivo. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono arredate in modo semplice e funzionale.

Både super fint hotel og dårlige oplevelser.

flot hotel med fine faciliteter - god service og kanon pool samt strand med snorkel muligheder og meget rent havvand og poolbar på stranden. Minuser var dresscote til aftenbuffet, hvilket der ikke stod i omtale af hotel - blev tvunget til at købe lange bukser, damerne ingen krav. buffeen nogenlunde men meget kedelig, manglede lidt finish - dog blev næsten os alle meget syge af diarré og mig selv/anton MEGET syg med opkast og diarré i 6 dage - derefter 1 uge efter hjemkomsten.

Great stay, lovely family room with great views from balcony, food great and staff lovely. Short walk to beach with beach bar. Free wifi which children loved. Downside for kids Was entertainment and TV channels all in German which probably reflected the majority of the clientele at the hotel. Overall great stay!

Very Bad Experience.. We walked out!

We were greeted with a person who asked us to email the reservation. Guess, he was trying to check if we knew the room we had as the resort was full. Then he gave a room which was in a very bad condition & had blocked views on all side. He said a bungalow.. lol! in reality was a room in a bungalow. We requested a change as he it was not what we booked & he argued all rooms are full. On escalating, we were given a superior suite which was WORST! Description: It had the AC in a room & bed in another. You could feel the spring on the bed. I am in the age group 25-30 & a fit person, still I would say a night was enough for me to end up with a broken back. Now the STAFF - There were 4 people: Receptionist (Worst than an intern, no decision making power). Floor mgr - very arrogant & does not care of the guest. Some other female who was chatting & someone from back office who asked us our concern & left the hotel. Floor Mgr PRETENDED TO BE BUSY when I had hotels.com escalate the issue. I was standing there when she refused to take their call. After a few mins I asked them to call again, this time she said she is going to call the backoffice. Later said we cannot do anything, as we have not charged you. After some hrs of waiting & arguing she decided we will refund you 70% & showed me the billing information which hotels.com had sent. Where did that come from? In the end, we walked out & booked another resort.

Safe family hotel with waterslides and spa

Everything works well. Our air conditioner didn’t work well at first, but the staff repaired it in an hour. Free parking area. Little shop in the hotel. Clean everywhere. We can recommend the hotel for families.

Posizione centrale

In posizione centrale dell'isola questo piccolo resort è a pochi metri da una bella spiaggia larga solo che per raggiungerla occorre attraversare una pericolosa strada veloce; cè da dire che è possibile aggirare questo punto passando da un sottopasso distante circa 500m oppure prendendo il bus navetta che la struttura mette a disposizione. Ha una bellissima piscina e camere spaziose e pulite (consiglio quelle fuori dal corpo centrale). I luoghi comuni non sono molto ampi e si avverte la mancanza di un bar, uno è annesso al ristorante l'altro è in piscina. La cucina non malvagia con menu a buffet è un po' ripetitiva e dai gusti prettamente nordest europei, praticamente il 99% dei clienti. Il personale è cordiale ed efficente, praticamente ineccepibile.
