"Check in was amazing, great personality and very informative. Diner staff and room staff came off upset and mad when they worked. They definitely did not want to be there. The rooms were ok, need better maintenance. They need to add body soap and better shampoo products as they made our skin very dry."

"We had an absolutely amazing and relaxing stay. The staff all work very hard to make sure everyone has what they need. The breakfast set us up for success every morning, and was super fresh and always stocked. My kids and I loved the pool. It was a fantastic stay. We always love Kompose. *Note that the rooms are a bit compact and there aren’t really many options to unpack, but it was all worth it! Thanks! "

"This was the most horrible place I have ever stayed in my life! No hot water, broken air conditioner, stuffy rooms due to no air conditioner. A broken tv and even when reported nothing got fixed. AND to wrap it all up they had a short wiring that ended up electrocuting me! My finger has this constant annoying buzz slash burn, my chest hurts, i feel hot and dizzy! This place is absolutely terrible do not come."

"This is my 4th time staying at this hotel for a business trip. Every time, the experience has been different. It’s pretty much a crap-shoot as to whether the electric outlets in the lamp bases will work or not, or how accessible the mini-fridge is (it’s wedged into a tiny corner. Sometimes the door opens towards the wall, sometimes not). Sometimes the wall-dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner actually work and are full, sometimes not. On this trip, the WiFi was completely non-functional (remember, I came here for a work-trip!) and I ended up having to use my phone as a hot-spot. The security latch on the door was also broken. Being a female traveling alone, this was not OK with me. I slept with a chair wedged in front of the door. I don’t expect anything fancy, But if you’re going to advertise room-amenities (like wifi, electric outlets at the desk, toiletries, and a security latch on the door), then I at least expect them to work."
