"The back door was unlocked, and it doesn't appear that it ever locks, despite the sign indicating that it is always locked. The bed was lumpy, but that could have been the mattress pad. I did not take a shower because there was something that appeared to be mold in the tub. While it could have just been a stain, it did not make me feel that it was safe to use. "During my stay, I observed certain staff members on personal phone calls both at the front desk and outside the facility while no one was available to assist guests at the front desk. This created an unprofessional impression and made it difficult to receive assistance when needed. Additionally, upon checkout, I was informed that I owed a $40 balance for a room upgrade. I never requested, authorized, or agreed to any room upgrade, so I was surprised to see this charge added to my account."

"I loved this hotel ! Very contemporary and convenient! The property is great and well maintained. The continental breakfast was the best ! Huge selections of scones, muffins, waffle bar, grits etc! I loved the pool the large outdoor chess pieces and games for kids ! The beds were huge and cozy and the staff was truly kind and amazing ! Very clean and conveniently located near great dinning and shopping!"

"Once we changed rooms it was better. First room,on 4th floor, had a closet door hanging partially off and a curtain hanging off also. The room had a brown stain where it appeared the ac unit had leaked. The room was rather musty smelling. The second room, on the first floor, was much better. No Gideons Bible in the drawer so we left a Hellfighters Search and Rescue New Testament. I was traveling with my female wife of 38 years!!"
