"We stayed there for one night but there was loud music going on on their terrace which they did not slow down the music even after I complained. The music went on till 11pm , I complained twice after that they stopped. "

Upon arrival, the hotel denied our stay, claiming they had no record of our reservation, despite me showing them confirmation of booking and invoice.
