Bonjour Je me suis fait voler par cet hôtel qui m’a ajouté des prix abusifs après mon départ (in late check out qui pas pas lieu d’etre, une odeur de tabac imaginaire, 25€ par room service...) Bref, des voleurs ... Merci W.

Change of package

Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. So I cancelled my last 2 days for the unpleasant treatment. I expected more from a 5 star.

Perfection in every way.

This hotel is one of the best boutique hotels in the world. Superbly appointed spacious rooms, wonderful food and excellent staff. Down a country lane with beautiful valley views, no traffic and completely quiet. I could not recommend this hotel too highly.
