"To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "The residence is in a quiet peaceful location reached via a windy hillly road. In the 4 nights we stayed in early September, we saw, from the large windows of our rooms, clear views of the hills and mountain, starry nights, misty cloudy views and even a lightening show. All spectacular. The two rooms were spacious enough and clean to our liking, affordable, the staff friendly and Chamonix a half hour drive away.

"Simply perfect. We stayed for 3 days and none of us wanted to go home. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was very clean. A lot of things to do there like tennis, hiking, cycling, or you could simply visit Annecy (definitely worth it)"

"Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

"Struttura grandissima e magnifica, con un sacco di aree comuni per sfogo. Palestra super attrezzata! Giochi disponibili per i bimbi super apprezzati! Camera grande e pulita. Unica pecca è la colazione che quel poco che è stato tirato fuori, era buono ma molto minimal e basico. Pane marmellate uova 1 formaggio 1 salume, yogurt latte caffè qlc brioscina e dolcetti al cioccolato. Minimal ma buona. Per la colazione mi aspettavo un pochino di più!
