"It was beautiful walking down next to the little river that flowed by the resort. We sat at a picnic table. It was so relaxing. We enjoyed the trains going by and spent a few hours up at the Hot Springs. The room was perfect."

It’s a lovely boutique hotel in a quiet town and a great base for touring the great places of SW Idaho, just 15 minutes from Lava Hot Springs. The hotel feels well cared for and clean. Oh and a neat coffee machine in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this place."

"I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds."

"This isn’t a bad place if you don’t have money to stay in a hotel they’re very cheap but I’ll tell you what the edges are hotter than rocks. The room was filthy dirty and the staff wasn’t very friendly. When we had a problem with the person next-door, screaming and yelling, cursing slamming doors at 3 o’clock in the morning front desk would not answer. I ended up having to call the police and then I ended up having to call the main hotel number to get through to anybody and when I told him what...

"Gas station, Restaurant and convenience store on property. Other than that pretty much isolated. A clean room to sleep and clean up in. Had a power problem in the first room that I was put into, but they quickly moved me to another room and everything was fine."

"Was dirty, mouse traps in hallways, “employees” “grilling” shirtless in the parking lot. We didn’t even stay and they wouldn’t refund us because we already checked in. DIRTY, UNSAFE, FALLING APART"
