"Ok"

"I was very nervous driving up to place as it was infested with homeless people . I did not like the location. In fact I had wanted to stay at a different Comfort inn but somehow the person I talked with put me in that location. I was not happy when I arrived and saw that it was a different hotel than the one I had requested"

"It was such a bad smell, when I entered in ( weed smell) and the breakfast didn’t even have waffle or basic food, there’s no point in complimentary breakfast here , I had very bad experience."

"Room smelled like cigarette butts. New paint was obvious but the cigarette smell still permeates the carpet and curtains."

"The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!"

"Had a nice time over at the the Ponderosa lounge to see some live music and was nice not to drive home afterwards due to a bit of drinking. The Room was nice and clean. Free breakfast the next morning was a nice bonus!"

"This was a very clean hotel and an exceptionally friendly staff who was ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was actually way more than we expected. Great location with plenty of places to explore. Would definitely go back."

"Adorable eclectic room with full kitchen and balcony. This room is within walking distance of the Providence Samaritan hospital, at least 2 markets, and several eateries."

"The room was clean and despite the building being around for awhile, the “resort feel” around the pool and the views looking out at the River were great. My husband and I really enjoyed the pool area. Not sure if it’s the case for every room but our bed was pretty uncomfortable and sunken in the middle so we didn’t sleep the best. But the staff was nice and the grounds are massive and beautiful so if we could ensure the bed was better I’m sure we’d come again in the future."

"The bathroom was filthy. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night. I was never reimbursed for the second night."
