"We stayed here to be near Toyota Amp. for a concert. The front desk guy was rude. He mumbled then got extremely irritated when I politely asked him to repeat himself. He looked at me and sarcastically clear as day said ‘WHAT IS YOUR PHONE NUMBER?’ Um okay.. why couldn’t you have spoken that clearly the first time?
Then he gives us a room key, we go to our room and the door is open, room in disarray. Mind you it’s about 3:30 pm, check begins at 3. We leave for an hour to get lunch then...
