Hotel dekat Arceneaux Park

"This is the second stay in this hotel in a period of 2-3 month were the elevator isn't working."

"I enjoyed how friendly the staff was and how clean the rooms were. They even have kitchenettes and everything that you need to prepare your meals. Highly recommend and my family and I will definitely be returning soon!"

"The room were vey spacious and clean, one thing I didn’t like the I inform the customer service representative I would like for my room to clean for the next day. When the housekeep knocked on the door, I asked her will she clean my and sheets on one the bed and her response, was would you like to put the sheets on the bed. No, that’s not job and we returned the room was not clean no bed were not made up and the only thing she done put other towels and a small tiny Dove soap on the bath towel....

"When i got into the room the covers had already had burn holes on them. The whirlpool jets did not work at all. They never brought me no clean towels I had to go get them. The faucet in the bathroom was off but they still had water dripping so whatever you put close to it was soak in wet"

"Michelle at the front desk was fantastic, we had a small issue with our room and she moved us to an upgraded suite, recommended a great restaurant nearby and was such a nice person."

"Rooms was horrible...carpet was nasty..we had to change r own sheets cause they had hair on them..bathroom shower didn't work..if it wasn't for the crawfish festival we would have tried to stay somewhere else..but I will say..the lady working the desk was so supper Nice and tried her best to help us..They even had to rent a SUV to shuttle the customers back and forth to the crawfish festival...and with all that the hotel had going on with the horrible rooms those ladies made it all worth wild...

"The property is out dated in the rooms and bathrooms. Me and my cousin was in our room talking and a roach was on the night stand. The bath room door knobe has some thing that scratched her right arm and mine also we calld down to the front desk and reported it. When we checked out the front desk had no idea what we were talking about at least she said. This shows poor communication and lack of empathy towards us as a paying customers I think the website for this property is over rated to gain...

"Very nice and close to stores and restaurants. Very nice neighborhood."

"Nice location and style. Very comfortable and relaxing."
