"Beautiful views, steps from sand! The loveseat in our unit was disgusting, very old, full of crumbs. No chairs on the balcony, just a wooden bench Very steep steps made it very hard for my friend with limited mobility to climb."

"The property is clean and well maintained. One suggestion is to put coffee makers in the rooms. It would be nice for us early morning coffee drinkers to have that option since the lobby doesn’t open until 8AM where there is a machine."

Staff made verbal arrangements to change to a better room the next day but when we ask the morning staff they said they could not do anything. We ended up without a room at all and had to scramble to find an assessable new hotel for the night in a bust tourist community. Limited options made the change difficult and we were lucky to find a room at all."

However, the porcelain of the bathroom sink in room 304 was breaking down, and there were large rust spots and bare spots showingthrough the porcelain in the sink. The toilet seat was worn down in several spots to the wood, and there was black mold on the backsplash bathroom vanity. There was no option for upkeep on day two and we had to empty our own garbage cans and do with...

"Great newer/refreshed hotel for your Seaside visit. One of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on in a while. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic location only a block from the beach. Unfortunately the EV chargers were not working but the staff worked their butts off to try to get them going. Highly recommend."

"Extremely clean room. Gorgeous grounds. Very convenient location. Bed in Garrett’s Room (#10) was extremely comfortable. Bed in Mathew’s Room (#4) was not all that comfy. Would definitely stay again and hope for one of their better mattresses."
