"Excellent stay"

"Staff was professional and friendly. Our room was clean. Only disappointment was the indoor pool was not heated and the water appeared cloudy. Pools indoors should be heated."

"They have added parking fees to park yourself in their completely empty lot. Then put 2 women in a 1st floor balcony room that didn't have a lock on the balcony door. I spent an additional $100 on a room with an amenity that doesnt exist and no one told us the door to the "balcony" had no lock. I have stayed at this hotel dozens of times and refer friends and family there when they visit. I will never stay in another Marriott property. "Excellent hotel for business trip the workstation was good, king size bed was comfortable, everything was clean and the staff were super friendly."

"Clean linens, but there was still hair in the shower, the jacuzzi felt like you were going to fall through it when you were standing in the shower, and the external part of the jacuzzi where it covers the motor was falling off of the tub/wall. The shower wall (plaster) was falling apart, and it was questionable as to if we would find used needles on the carpet based off of the feel of the hotel. Anywhere we went, we were eyed like we were going to get mugged, and we weren't even dressed fancy."

"Great place to relax and unwind. The rooms were very spacious including the bathroom. The shower had fantastic water pressure. The refrigerator was nice and cold and the air conditioner was quiet!"

"We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably."

"The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The pool had privacy from the road and surrounding businesses. Towels and pool noodles were provided by the hotel. I don’t think the pool was heated which didn’t bother my granddaughter in the least but us older folks found it too chilly to completely enjoy. "The website states airport shuttle runs until 12am. But when I called for the shuttle I was told it quit running at 11pm. This was a major reason I picked this hotel. So had to Uber for $15."

"Nice rooms, spacious and wonderful staff"

"AC had not been on at all until we entered the room. It was an old unit and took til the next morning to cool the room even a little bit. There was a mouse trap in the hallway. The overall building and hallways were very dirty."
