"Clean and nice"

"The stay is always great, we only had a little water leak coming from the room on the 6th floor thru the vent in the bathroom."

"For value this hotel in Gainsville, FL takes a lot of beating. Good breakfast, beds, shower, towels and free parking together with some good eateries and bars within walking distance"

"Overall the room was clean. Housekeeping seemed to miss the small things, coffee stains on the cubby and spider webs on the lights. Breakfast was good and the coffee was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel (I like a strong coffee). The downside was other hotel guest yelling on their phones while walking up and down the hall, and others playing grabass pushing each other out of the rooms (they were from a restoration company staying at the hotel) can’t blame the hotel for that."

"The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed for what was expected. The bed was comfortable and the pillows fantastic. The breakfast was quite good and fresh mango was a really nice surprise."

"Easy check in. Right off of I-75. Great breakfast. Spotless rooms. Very friendly staff. The only negative I had was the family with four kids screaming and carrying on in the pool from 8-9:30 pm. Ridiculous for a hotel that caters to people who are getting up very early for a full day of driving. I didn’t get back to sleep till after midnight."

"We had a wonderful time. The room were very clean the beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.They make sure that you were comfortable . I asked for extra bed it was there in a timely manner,I asked for a huge favor to use the dining room tables to have lunch with friends it was granted The breakfast was delicious. Parking was available and safe.we could have not been more happier staying at the comfort suite I would recommend it to anyone 100%...

"I was disappointed by the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay. The front desk was pretty helpful. And I hate to complain about housekeeping. But it appears the message was never passed that my room was not cleaned."
