"Das Zimmer war das Premium Zimmer für 4 Personen mit dem Pool direkt am Zimmer. Ich fand vorallem das Bad war wirklich in einem schlechten Zugang. eine Varietät von Fliesen in der Dusche, verfärbte Fußabstreifer, und man konnte die Rohre sehen unter dem Waschbecken, welche gelb verfärbt waren. Die Tür war auf der Innenseite demoliert. Außerdem hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert denn er war zu kalt eingestellt. Das Personal an der Rezeption fand ich sehr unhöflich und ist auf meine Bitte...

"Das Hotel hat eine große Auswahl an Buffet, aber nicht wirklich viel Auswahl für Vegetarier. Die Sauberkeit war ok, man merkte, dass die Reinigungskräfte schnell und nicht gründlich im Zimmer arbeiten. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und vor Ort auch sehr hilfsbereit. Leider muss ich den Service des Hotels kritisieren, weshalb ich viele Sterne abziehe. "Lovely self catering with nice pool and close to airport"

"Lovely hotel, wonderful views - bar and reception staff were excellent. Lots of nice touches and features. If this were a four star hotel I'd be rating it excellent. Gripes: Breakfast had a huge range, but few coherent meals - missing basics like strawberries, bananas (most days), granola. The pool bar staff were lovely, but the cocktails were essentially 11 euro waters. It took 48 hours after requesting it for our private pool to be cleaned - despite us watching them clean pools in empty...
