Every member of staff we met was welcoming, upbeat, and clearly proud of the service they provide. Our stay felt calm, comfortable, and well looked after from start to finish. It was a lovely break in the journey, and we left feeling refreshed. Thank you to the Duck Bay team for making our visit so enjoyable."

"The room had basic furniture and the room was clean and was hovered every day with new towels. I was surprised one day my husband and I came back to find our pyjamas had been neatly folded and put on the bed. I missed having a hair dryer in the room and had to go out and buy a travel one. Most hotels and Premier Inns that my husband and I have stayed at supply a hairdryer. The breakfast was continental which we like. The mattress on the bed could have been a bit firmer but we managed. The staff were friendly. It was good value for money as our stay included breakfast. Also you could walk into town from the hotel."
