"Staff was friendly & helped with a smile.
Room was clean & well stocked with toiletries, water & coffee machine. Loved the TV which had a personal welcome message displayed. Each day, depending on time of day the message on TV would have a personal message to me. On my departure day the TV had a departure message & thanking me for my visit.
My only negative comment would be that the toilet paper was too thin. Double ply would be nicer."
