"I love our room. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. The waffle station gets busy because it takes time to cook and seems everyone's favorite to eat especially the kids. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. Had a pleasant stay although we didn't get a chance to use the pool. "

"It was very nice and staff were absolutely wonderful to me and my five year old son!!! They let us check in way early at 1 pm instead of the 4 pm check in, and the next day let us check out late at two pm in the afternoon so on top of the pool being well maintained and the property super clean and rooms were very clean as well and comfortable I’d recommend the holiday inn Express in Vernon Hills again and again thanks for the wonderful hospitality!!!"

"The staff receives a 10/10. This is my 2nd time staying here. Both times there were different staff members and both times the customer service was great. The HR department is doing something right with employee selection. Our room was clean, breakfast was well stocked. I’m planning on returning this summer so we can enjoy the pool and basketball court. "
