"Rooms need a face lift bathroom upgrade , breakfast need more varietyand need to be free for all the costumers, need a coffe station on the loby 24/7 and water and juice dispencer machine , the big restaurant need to be use for lunch and dinner as well, will benefit if it is rented to a restaurant franchise,staff need a litle training specialy costumer service , in general upgrade the Hotel."

"Staff Amazing!! Every shift!! The smell in the elevator was like old and musty but the lobby and hallways were pleasant smelling. The pool super small and limited hours for Miami! The walkability score for me 60% due to the hazardous traffic crossing the road to access shopping and dining. Overall I will stay again and recommmed to another."

"The pictures seen on the website does not match what was actually seen in person. Only 1 working elevator, stairwell wasn’t labeled at all. No evacuation route was posted in the room. There were too many stains on the floor and walls as well as beds to mention. A/C unit was being braced on the floor by a piece of wood. The TV antenna was attached to the blinds. You could hear people walking down the halls at all hours. Questionable maintenance all around. I did not feel safe in that room"
