"The room was clean and staff friendly . However they charged us daily for parking and that information wasn’t given to us at the check in . We saw the charges and query and we not refunded . All we were told at check in is to provide plate and model of vehicle in order not to get tow. It needs to be communicated clearly so guests are not surprised by charges"

"We have stayed here before since it is super close to my sister. The pillows were super lumpy. The closed door could barely be half open. The phone in the handicapped room did not work No wash cloth or hand towels in the room The bathroom toilet kept running water . Not a good experience this time"

"Property is much older and worn than it appears on the internet. Charged a $100 security deposit at check in and told me that it may take 3-7 days for a refund. The included breakfast left much to be desired. Luke warm water in the shower only. Parking lot seemed relatively secure for overnight parking. "
