"It was clean. Staff was nice. Only bad thing was other guests smoking weed in the hallway of bedrooms. "

"We were a group of 8 ppl staying 1 night before our cruise. We asked for extra linen for the futon pull out and was told housekeeping was closed and they had none. I told them that their listing said it slept 8 pl so I need bedding for 8 ppl. She finally said she would look in another room. Still no pillows. Cold coffee in the lobby all day. My parents went down at 7am the next morning for coffee and was told it would only be made at 8:30am. It was literally beside the desk. The room was ok, but very run down. Tv in the rooms had 1 channel, not enough towels for everyone. No lamps, etc. It was fine for 1 night but definitely nothing good. The pics look way better than it was. "
