I loved everything about my stay at this hotel from the moment we arrived to the departure. The service received from the staff was exceptional! The valet service was amazing. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my car. My room was very clean upon arrival and the room refreshes were great too! The proximity to shopping was an added bonus! It’s safe to say this will be my hotel of choice when I return to Miami!
