"The property was not well maintained and needs some work. The unit itself was dirty with previous guest hair all over the unit. The furniture was also dirty to the point I had to clean the room myself. Immediately after check -in there was a presence of water all over the bathroom floor due to an overflow that had not been addressed before check -in. I was highly disappointed in my stay and would not return."

"The apartment was clean and the building is nice and new. I stayed here because it was central to everything 5 minute walk to brightline, 3 minute walk to my daughter’s apartment, very central. The clientele at this building was scary though, very ghetto and I’d not stay there again."
